Stephen is a mindfulness and meditation practitioner with over 30 years’ experience, offering a trauma-informed, solution-focused approach to personal and collective wellbeing. Grounded in Buddhist psychology, his work combines evidence-based mindfulness with compassionate, person-centred support. He has delivered programmes in universities, corporate environments, and centres supporting addiction and substance-related issues. Specialising in anxiety-related challenges, Stephen’s approach builds emotional clarity, resilience, and grounded presence. His practice creates space for stillness, insight, and meaningful change—supporting individuals in reconnecting with their values, their bodies, and their capacity to meet life with awareness and intention.
