Titration
(Subject to the following vitals being provided; BP, pulse, weight, height all in required range)
Initial appointment ( up to 1 hour online): £250
Titration period (4–6 sessions): £250 per session (Up to 30 minutes)
Medication: £50–£125 per prescription (Online pharmacy)
Shared Care
(Letter provided no charge)

After titration, a Shared Care agreement can be requested from you to your GP
If accepted: Prescribing moves to your GP. (NHS prescription charges)
You will need, regardless of shared care; a mandatory 3-month review: £185
And a Bi-annual (Under 18 years) or annual review (18+): £185

If not accepted: Ongoing care remains with us.
Monthly prescription clinician/admin cost: £60 PM

For those already with a formal recognised diagnosis for ADHD who are seeking prescription
Adolescent Age 16+ | ADHD assessment (review up to 2 hours) £500 (Nurse Practitioner) £895 (Consultant led) depending on complexity.

Review is on a case-by-case basis for those who have received diagnosis within the last one year. There may be an additional £75 admin charge if your diagnosis was outside of the UK as we will need to carry out an initial review to determine if this meets the UK NICE guidelines. Please note you will not get a second report just a letter to show we have reviewed your existing report.

Shared Care
If, post assessment, medication is initiated, the prescribing clinician will monitor and stabilise for up to 6 months before we extend the opportunity to patients to undertake a shared care agreement with their NHS GP (subject to their agreement).
