Following the assessment, Montrose provides a detailed report with personalised recommendations. These may include a bespoke Wellness Pathway or targeted onward referral to ensure every athlete receives care suited to their individual needs.


Stage 3 – The Wellness Pathway

The final stage provides structured, ongoing support through Montrose’s Wellness Pathway, designed to strengthen mental resilience and offer early intervention where needed. This may include:

  • Psychiatry and Psychology services

  • Psychotherapy sessions

  • Therapeutic sessions such as breathwork, meditation, and sleep optimisation

  • Health coaching sessions

  • Personal self-help resources


By offering a blend of clinical expertise and practical wellbeing tools, Montrose ensures athletes receive care that supports both immediate needs and long-term mental health.
