Shared Care
If, post assessment, medication is initiated, the prescribing clinician will monitor and stabilise for up to 6 months before we extend the opportunity to patients to undertake a shared care agreement with their NHS GP (subject to their agreement).
At Montrose, our assessment process and prescribing follows all NICE Guidelines.
