Montrose Health Group is proud to welcome Mollie as the new ADHD Clinic Manager for its expanding ADHD services, bringing with her over eight years of experience in public healthcare administration and a deep commitment to improving neurodiverse care pathways.
Mollie’s extensive career began in the NHS as an apprentice and progressed through several key administrative roles, including secretary, PA, and ultimately managing administrative teams in both physical and mental health services. Her most recent position saw her overseeing administrative operations for children’s services across Rotherham, Doncaster, and South Humber (RDaSH).
With hands-on experience supporting the rollout of neurodiverse care pathways, Mollie played a critical role in streamlining referral processes, dramatically reducing wait times for patients seeking assessments and support. Her experience offers invaluable insight into how services can be structured efficiently from the ground up.
“I decided to move to Montrose as a career progression from public to private healthcare because I wanted to see how my skills could be transferred, integrated, and used to develop services even further,” Mollie shared.
“What excites me most is the opportunity to build the ADHD pathway from the ground up…creating something that’s not only effective but also empowering and educational for patients.”
As Clinic Manager, Mollie’s immediate priorities include setting up governance processes with Montrose’s leadership team and ensuring a streamlined, patient-first experience from the very first point of contact. Her long-term vision includes expanding ADHD services across South Yorkshire, with ambitions to secure ICB partnerships and reduce reliance on long public waitlists by offering a faster, high-quality private alternative.
“There’s a real gap in the market. People are waiting far too long for assessments in the public system. Montrose can help close that gap…offering answers, education, and ultimately, relief,” she said.
Mollie is especially passionate about building a strong, multidisciplinary team and fostering a supportive, dynamic work environment.
“I want people to be proud to work at Montrose, to feel part of something meaningful. We’re creating a service that’s fast-paced, solution-focused, and grounded in compassion. That’s the Montrose way.”
Montrose Health Group is thrilled to have Mollie at the helm of its ADHD services as it continues to expand its offerings across the region.
