To support the initiative, we are offering a series of practical online workshops which we wish to extend to all Family Lawyers. They will cover helpful topics such as ‘How to Spot the Signs of Addiction’, ‘Healthy Boundaries’, and ‘How to Approach the Subject of Getting Help’.

For more information or to book a workshop at a convenient time for you and your team please contact James who will take care of the arrangements james@montrosehealthgroup.com
As per Jonathan's talk, we are taking a collaborative approach to working with Family Lawyers and as such believe, “the lawyers will take care of the facts and we will take care of the feelings”.

I looked into how birth trauma cases are handled because these situations are incredibly complex. Most general lawyers lack the specific expertise needed for medical malpractice involving newborns. It seems some specialists simply act as a bridge to find the right representation. For instance, you can check https://michaelbrook.com/en/practice-area/birth-trauma to see how they evaluate and refer high-value pediatric injury cases. This approach focuses on finding attorneys who understand oxygen deprivation or delayed procedures. It is a rational way to screen legal help when a mistake happens. Just remember to verify every attorney background independently before making decisions.
