Kiran is an ADHD assessor with a long-standing passion for Mental Health, particularly ADHD. She is deeply committed to ensuring patients receive an accurate diagnosis that reflects their experiences. Alongside assessments, Kiran provides personalised ADHD coaching to help individuals better understand their unique strengths and challenges. She works closely with patients to create tailored strategies for managing common ADHD-related difficulties, including executive dysfunction, time blindness, organisation, and maintaining focus. Her coaching often involves breaking down overwhelming tasks into manageable steps, establishing structured routines, and introducing practical tools suited to each person’s lifestyle. Kiran also helps clients build self-awareness and confidence, celebrating progress and reframing setbacks in a positive light. Through her compassionate and non-judgmental approach, she empowers individuals to take control of their daily lives, enhance productivity, and achieve a greater sense of balance and well-being.
