Kaye Hopkinson

Yoga Teacher

With over 13 years of dedicated personal practice, I’ve come to know yoga as much more than movement — it’s a grounding force that connects me to something greater, offering presence, clarity, and strength when I’ve needed it most. Yoga has helped me release tension and shift stagnant energy, giving me perspective and a deep sense of peace.

I qualified in 2017 with my 200 hours and have gone on to qualify in meditation teacher training and trauma informed yoga amongst other short courses. I teach mainly hatha with some flows incorporated to circulate the energy, I always add in some type of meditation and pranayama as well as a deserved relaxation at the end, where you can let the magic of yoga do its thing!

I like to share my practice and for it to feel kind and nourishing — like a hug — and it has supported me through some of life’s more challenging moments. Teaching is my way of giving back what yoga has given to me: a space to breathe, feel, and return to yourself. My hope is to share these tools with others, creating a space where we can show up as we are and reconnect with our own strength and softness as well silently to each other.
