Oscar is a qualified Humanistic Counsellor with a keen interest in and experience working with people struggling with addiction. He believes that, given the right conditions and support, anyone can improve their understanding of and strengthen their ability to manage their addictive habits and behaviours. Oscar aims to offer a warm, non-judgemental and empathic relationship with the people he works with to help them build acceptance of themselves and strength to make more positive choices for their life.
