Claire Williams

Claire is an accomplished Inside Sales Specialist with extensive experience across the wholesale and medical sectors. She specialises in both B2B and B2C engagement and brings strong expertise in customer service, account management, business development, attrition management, vertical market research, and professional networking.

Throughout her career, Claire has worked with large multinational organisations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. She has delivered training to sales teams on a broad range of sales disciplines, as well as clinical education including ALS, BLS, and AED usage.

Driven by a genuine passion for life‑saving work, Claire is highly motivated to continue making a meaningful impact and is excited to bring her skills and enthusiasm to Montrose.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time in the Peak District, drawing inspiration from the landscape. She also has a creative side, with interests in writing and drawing, and has worked as a session vocalist for over 20 years.
